When we joined Holsten Real Estate Development as Co-ReDeveloper on Lawson House, we knew the redeveloped private, quality, supportive housing with dignity was going to be SUCH a win for the residents. And it is! They left single room occupancy units with dorm-style shared bathrooms, and came home to modern studio apartments with private bathrooms and kitchens.
