Each year at our Community Sustainability Awards, we celebrate the work we’ve done this year and honor some of the distinguished individuals who make that work possible.

This year’s program comes with an added special treat for everyone who was sad to see the World Cup end: a live professional soccer match, all enjoyed from the private Skyline Suites of Chicago’s historic Soldier Field Stadium!

Our October 14, 2026 event begins at 6:30PM (doors open at 6PM). The night will include heavy hors d’oeuvres; complimentary wine, beer, and a specialty cocktail; networking opportunities with our favorite friends and supporters; our honoree recognition program; and fundraising opportunities as we celebrate together and invite you to learn more about HHCD and how you can help us Build Community One Goal at a Time! 

And the fun doesn’t end there! Our program will lead us into a live soccer match, featuring the Chicago Fire FC, kicking off at 7:30PM!
