Our October 14, 2026 Community Sustainability Awards begins at 6:30PM (doors open at 6PM). The night will include heavy hors d’oeuvres; complimentary wine, beer, and a specialty cocktail; networking opportunities with our favorite friends and supporters; our honoree recognition program; and fundraising opportunities as we celebrate together and invite you to learn more about HHCD and how you can help us Build Community One Goal at a Time!

And the fun doesn’t end there! Our program will lead us into a live soccer match, featuring the Chicago Fire FC, kicking off at 7:30PM!
