Fit and Strong

Every Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 4:00 pm (except Tuesday August 4):

Fit and Strong exercise class will take place in the 545 W Division 8th floor Conference room. This hour long class will teach you how to get in shape. Appropriate for all ages and abilities. Come to any or all sessions, New people welcomed!
